Your PC is About to Make Life Even Easier

Ubuntu is an amazing facial recognition interface that is going to change the way we interact with our PCs. The software will enable a computer to react immediately to the user's presence in new and thought-provoking ways.
For example, if you lean back from your screen while a video is playing, Ubuntu will automatically change the view to fullscreen. Or, walk across the room while you have music playing, and the system will increase the volume for you.
Sure, these capabilities are kin to what projects like Microsoft Kinect have already accomplished. But Ubuntu raises some interesting possibilities for the PC world too.

Ubuntu is actually a free distribution based off of Linux.
You got it wrong. Ubuntu is not a piece of software, it's an entire Operating System.
