Watch a Skyscraper Appear Out of Nowhere

This empty lot in a bustling Brazilian city isn't so empty after all: It contains the world's largest augmented reality marker.

The record-setting (and Guinness-certified) augmented reality marker causes a towering skyscraper to appear out of thin air. But, why? The project was actually dreamed up by a Brazilian architecture firm that wanted to give clients a true-to-life view of what the proposed building will look like. And this is definitely a good way to do it!
